Delicia Gourmet Brigadeiro was founded by Amy Agra after she visited Brazil with her husband. She fell in love with the culture, the food and the little treat that accompanied all of the meals. Back at home in Louisiana, she started experimenting with brigadeiro using different flavors inspired by local holidays and customs.
Since then, Delicia Gourmet Brigadeiro has become a go-to sweet treat that has been featured at several local retailers and resturants in the Baton Rouge area. The Delicia online store launched in 2017 and is expanding to include a full line of baked goods and sweet pantry items inspired by her famous brigadeiro. In 2018, the Delicia Truck will be available to bring a little sweetness to all of your local private events, tailgates, parties and community events!
